点评:仅从周一可以看出:

1、该幼儿园的膳食调理水平很高,三餐热量比非常均衡;

2、三大营养素、维生素充足,符合儿童生长发育;

3、钙磷比合理,利于钙的吸收、也利于磷的吸收;

4、热量来源合理,优质蛋白质占比55%,招标合理。

不足之出:

1、该天主食米饭吃的太多,83g,是否连教师的也估算在里面?

2、热量不需要高达118.24%,因为在一般幼儿园的经营过程中,很难达到如此高的比例。(省一级幼儿园要求是90%-110%之间)

3、脂肪来源比例55.23 :44.77,尚显不足,如果能52:48/51:49/53:47/50:50 则显更完美。
